Reserve & Collect
- We also offer a additional "Reserve & Collect" service for customers that are based near to our premises in Bolton.
- If you would like to take advantage of the service simply select "Reserve & Collect" during checkout.

Overseas Customers (EU Only)
- We have many customers based overseas and deliver to all EU Countries.

When will my order be shipped and how long will it take to be delivered?
- We try to ship all orders placed before 2pm same day, although at busy times this is not always possible and it is not a guaranteed service
- If we ship your order using our standard shipping method your order should be delivered within 3 to 5 working days from shipping date
- If you opted for our premium shipping service your order should be delivered within 1 to 2 working days from shipping date
The estimated delivery times explained above are to be used as a guideline and in no way are they to be seen as a guarantee of delivery date.

Your Right to Cancel
- You must advise us your intent to cancel within 7 working days of the date of delivery.
- Please email of your intention to return the goods via email.
- Returned items must be complete in unused condition and in the original packaging.
- A full refund of the order total excluding postage paid will be made within 3 working days of the item being returned in a satisfactory condition
- You are responsible for return shipping costs and insurance.
Faulty products
- You must advise us that you are returning your order as soon as it develops a fault.
- If a fault occurs within 30 days of you receiving the item please contact us via email.
- We will then inform you of the return delivery address.
- Should an item become faulty after 30 days of purchase but within the warranty period we will at our discretion offer a replacement (replacement parts), refund or refurbished product.
- All replacements are subject to stock availability at the time of processing.
- If the fault is reported within 30 days - HGP Direct (UK) Ltd will reimburse the cost of returning the item.
- After 30 days no refunds will be issued for return postage
Incorrect orders
- If you have received an incorrect product please accept our sincere apologies and let us know as soon as possible via email.
- Once we have received details of the error we will rectify the issue as quickly as possible.

Order information
Are all products on the website in stock?
- Generally all the items listed are goods that we have in stock. Occasionally an error may have occurred in our stock control system. If you have ordered a product that for some reason we no longer have in stock we will email you with the option of waiting for the item to come back into stock or give you the option to cancel your order.
Can I cancel or change my order?
- Orders can be cancelled or changed if they have not been shipped. Please be aware that orders are generally shipped within one working day, so it is advisable to call us on 01204 529091 as soon as possible when you want to cancel or change an order. Emails are only picked up sporadically throughout the day and could be missed so please telephone our sales team to ensure that your change or cancellation is dealt with as quickly as possible
How can I check the status of my order online?
- After your order has been fulfilled, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address you provided. If your order has been shipped by our courier you will receive an email detailing shipping details and tracking numbers.

What forms of payment are accepted?
- We currently accept Maestro, MasterCard, Visa, American Express and PayPal
- We also accept cheque payments drawn on a UK bank account. Please bear in mind that your order will not be shipped until cheque has been received and cleared into our bank account.

How do I pay with PayPal?
- You will be transferred directly to your PayPal account once your order details are confirmed. PayPal payments can be in the form of credit cards, your PayPal account balance or a bank account linked directly to your PayPal account
